Personal Pursuits

Coaching, triathlon, Ukrainian scouting, and classical piano — the pursuits that shape who Peter is beyond work.

Coaching

Years on the lacrosse sideline showed me what happens when coaches, parents, and athletes lack a shared standard — effort without direction. That experience shaped AIthl33t and Hit the Wall Ball: verified progress, one feedback loop, and technology that helps coaches spend more time with athletes instead of guessing.

Triathlon

Ironman Mont-Tremblant was the first goal I chose entirely for myself — not for grades, praise, or anyone else’s expectations. Endurance sport became a training ground for ownership, mental discipline, and adventure beyond the race course, from backcountry ski trips to climbs and bike expeditions around the world.

Scouting

Volunteer work with Plast, the Ukrainian scouting organization, connects me to heritage through camps, youth mentorship, and community events. The same planning and leadership skills I use professionally show up here — but the reward is watching teenagers lead for the first time and knowing scouting traditions are passed to the next generation.

Classical Piano

Classical piano has been part of my life since childhood — recitals, discipline at the keyboard, and the lesson that external pressure only motivates so far. Playing seriously means choosing the work for yourself, the same shift that later unlocked triathlon, entrepreneurship, and every pursuit where ownership matters more than applause.
