Professional Biography
Peter has worked in Life Sciences for over 25 years, in all aspects of IT, Digital Marketing, Business Operations and Corporate Strategy. He has led multiple, large organizational change initiatives, vision alignments and other strategic leadership projects across a global enterprise. He is experienced in leading organizations across the entire Life Sciences value chain, from R&D and clinical operations to the commercialization of product. He has experience working in large, mature multi-national pharma companies and also at small biotech startups. He is a founder, entrepreneurial and relentless in achieving goals.
Currently, Peter is Founder of AIthl33t and Strategic Advisor to Revalia Bio, following executive roles as SVP & CIO at Kadmon Holdings and COO/CTO at Revalia Bio.

Endurance Athlete
Triathlon and adventure sports are not a hobby — they are a training ground for leadership. Ironman Mont-Tremblant was the first truly challenging goal chosen for himself, not for others. That experience unlocked more self-acceptance than any professional accomplishment. Peter trains with TMB Triathlon Team and documents adventures from Tuckerman Ravine to Denali, Thailand to New Zealand.

From CommuniTri (visual triathlon coaching) to AIthl33t and Hit the Wall Ball (youth sports development), Peter builds products from problems he has lived — on the sidelines as a coach and parent, and in the boardroom as a life sciences executive.
